摘　　要：为了探讨珠三角制造业高技能人才与制造强区的拟合度,选取珠三角具有代表性的100家制造企业进行有关数据资料采集,在回顾珠三角经济社会发展现状,统计分析调查结果,剖析珠三角制造业高技能人才与其实现制造强区人才需求拟合度的基础上,初步建立了产业高技能人才公式,并提出了珠三角制造业应对高技能人才短缺的建议措施和研究展望。To explore the fitting degree of high-skilled talents and the manufacturing industry of the PearlRiver Delta,100typical manufacturing enterprises were selected.After reviewing the economic and socialdevelopment of the Pearl River Delta,based on the results of statistical analysis the author puts forward thesuggestions and research prospects of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing industry,so as to deal with theshortage of high-skilled talents in the manufacturing industry.
