摘　　要：人本视角是在漫长的历史过程中确立起来的。虽然社会工作从一开始就渗透着浓重的人本主义视角,但随着实证主义思潮的流行,社会工作与人本取向渐行渐远。作为社会工作哲学基础之一的人本主义无疑应该是民族社会工作的基本理念,但我国民族社会工作在理论层面、政策层面和实践层面都表现出对人本视角的偏离。因此,积极探讨我国民族社会工作的人本化取向的途径,无疑具有十分重要的意义。The humanistic perspective has been established along with the long development of history. Although, from the very beginning, social work permeated with strong humanistic perspective, it was gradually fading away from the humanistic orientation with the popularity of pragmatism. It is without doubt that humanism, as one of the philosophical basis of social work, should be the basic idea of ethnic social work. But at present our ethnic social work deviated from the humanistic perspective at the level of theory, policy and practice. Therefore, it is of great signifi cance to explore actively the approach of humanistic orientation of ethnic social work in China.
