摘 要:将传动轴夹角的空间向量校核与板簧运动轨迹相结合,引入轮胎中心随板簧弧高变化的关系,形成传动轴夹角随板簧弧高变化的关系。针对某微型货车传动轴夹角进行校核,体现整车运动全过程中传动轴夹角变化趋势,对不满足设计要求部分进行优化。经分析校核,后桥仰角调整后传动轴夹角得到大幅度优化,有效提升传动轴寿命、提升整车传动系工作的平稳性、降低噪声。By combining the space vector of the drive shaft angle and the motion trail of the leaf spring,introducing therelationship of changes between the tire center and the camber of the leaf spring,form the relationship between the drive shaftangle and the camber of the leaf spring.By checking the drive shaft angle of a mini truck,show the changed trend of the driveshaft angle in the whole process,and optimize the part which does not meet the design requirements.Through the analysisand checking,after the adjustment of the elevation of the rear axle,the drive shaft angle is optimized by a big margin,thatwill improve the life of the drive shaft,ensure the stability of the drive system and reduce the noise efficiently.
