生长抑素在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后的临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生长抑素在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后的临床应用疗效,为结直肠癌术后恢复的临床研究提供理论参考。方法选取我院腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后患者60例,随机分成两组,每组30例,对照组给予术后常规治疗药物,在对照组的基础上,观察组采用在术后3d应用生长抑素;观察记录两组术后住院时间、恢复正常饮食时间、肛门首次排气时间以及不良反应发生率等。结果观察组术后住院时间、恢复正常饮食时间、肛门首次排气时间均小于对照组,差异比较有显著性(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率小于对照组,差异比较有显著性(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素能使腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后的患者更快恢复,为患者提供更安全更舒适的术后治疗,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of somatostatin in the treatment of colorectal cancer after laparoscopic radical resection,and to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical study of postoperative recovery of colorectal cancer.Methods60cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer after radical operation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine drug treatment after operation,on the basis of the control group,patients in observation group were treated with3days after the operation application of somatostatin.The postoperative hospitalization time,the time return to normal diet,anal exhaust time and adverse reaction rate of two groups were observed and recorded.Results The postoperative hospitalization time,the time return to normal diet,anal exhaust time of patients in the observation group were less than the control group with statistically difference(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group were lower than the control group with statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin can make patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery faster recovery to provide patients with more safe and more comfortable postoperative treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
