摘　　要：为了研究大学生医疗保险现状及大学生对医疗保险的认知度、利用度等问题,有助于大学生医保更好地运行,提高大学生医保的保障程度和使用效率。本文选取了哈尔滨市4所高校在校大学生作为调查对象,进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果表明:大学生群体参保率不高,对医保的认知度、利用度都不高。因此,政府应合理安排医保统筹基金,适当提高大学生医保补偿水平;改进校医务室药品供应,规范医务人员管理;注重大学生疾病预防,把健康管理纳入医保。To study the status of college students and college students medical insurance awareness of medicalinsurance utilization situation,help students health care function better,improve the medical insurance level ofprotection and the use effi ciency of College students.A questionnaire survey was conducted among4college studentsfrom universities in Harbin City,and the data were analyzed statistically.The results show that College students groupinsurance rate is not high,the awareness of health care,the use of degree is not high,in addition,there is a medicalinsurance reimbursement of medical expenses cumbersome,large medical expenses reimbursement lack of security andother issues.Therefore,The government should arrange appropriate health insurance pool fund,to improve student healthinsurance compensation level;improve school drug supply Clinic,standardize medical personnel management;students'disease prevention,health management included in health insurance.
