摘　　要：法律是正确处理医疗纠纷的重要途径,然而,近年来发生的一些医疗纠纷表明,很多人还是没有通过法律解决问题的意识,究其原因,主要在于医患双方的法律意识薄弱。对此,本文基于医院视角,对如何利用法律来解决医疗纠纷进行了探讨。the law is the most important ways of dealing with medical disputes correctly,however,many people failedto pass the law to solve the problem of consciousness,the reason for the legal consciousness is weak.To this,this articleis based on the hospital perspective,this paper discusses how to use the law to solve medical disputes.
