摘　　要：企业商业模式创新风险集成管理能有效地降低创新风险水平,促进商业模式创新的成功。本文分析企业商业模式创新风险管理构成的三个维度,建立企业商业模式创新风险集成管理层次评价结构模型,探讨如何运用模糊层次法(Fuzzy-AHP)对企业商业模式创新风险集成管理水平进行评价。该模型实现了企业商业模式创新时间维和风险因素维在风险管理功能维度上的充分耦合,能有效分析在商业模式创新不同阶段影响企业商业模式创新的风险因素,为提高企业商业模式创新风险管理水平提供针对性建议。Integrated management of Enterprise Business Model Innovation can greatly decline the level ofrisk in the process of innovation,and promote the success of Business Model Innovation.This paper analyzesthree dimension of Business Model Innovation and constructs intergrated risk management in the BusinessModel Innovation process.Moreover,it discusses the evaluation of integrated management level of BusinessModel Innovation taking use of Fuzzy-AHP method.Research results show that time dimension accord withrisk dimension on the risk management function in the process of Enterprise Business Model Innovation.The Enterprise Business Model Innovation completely analyzes risk factors in different stages and providesconstructive suggestion on improving Business Model Innovation.
