摘  要:对北京市目前在宰的10家生猪定点屠宰场2013—2016年的生猪屠宰数据进行统计,结果显示:2013—2016年,北京市生猪定点屠宰场屠宰生猪数量分别为742.83万头、788.53万头、679.89万头和574.49万头,有下降趋势;外埠供京生猪分别占全市屠宰量的84.74%、74.08%、72.69%和73.92%;生猪屠宰量随季节变化呈现明显的规律性,春节前后高、夏秋季节低;2013—2016年生猪定点屠宰场病害生猪检出率分别为1.56‰、1.29‰、0.80‰和0.46‰,逐年下降;不同省市的病害生猪检出率存在显著差异,并与季节有密切关系,与离京距离也有一定关系。In this survey,the number of slaughtered pigs recorded in10pig slaughtering houses in Beijing city from2013to2016was statistically analyzed.The results showed that the number of pigs slaughtered at slaughtering house inBeijing city were respectively7.4283million,7.8853million,6.7989million and5.7449million with a falling tendencyfrom2013to2016annually;Among them,pigs from other cities accounts for84.74%、74.08%、72.69%,and73.92%,the pigs of Beijing city accounts for15.36%,25.92%,27.31%and25.92%.In addition,the quantity of pigsslaughtered presents obvious seasonal changes.The detection rate of diseased pig was1.56‰,1.29‰,0.80‰and0.46‰from2013to2016at slaughtering houses.There were significant differences in the detection rate of the diseasedpigs from different provinces and cities,and had close relationship with the season,and might have relationship withdistance to Beijing city.
