摘　　要：目的:分析骨挤压器在闭合式上颌窦提升种植术中的应用。方法:选择上颌后牙缺失的慢性牙周病患者47例,行单纯闭合式上颌窦提升术并同期植入种植体62颗。结果:所有牙周病患者在随访期内均未发生上颌窦炎症,窦底提升后上颌窦底至牙槽嵴顶的骨量明显增加,种植体周围骨整合良好。结论:闭合式上颌窦提升术同期种植体植入效果显著。Application of bone extrusion device in closed maxillary sinus augmentation implant.Methods:the maxillary posterior teeth missing patients with chronic periodontal disease in47cases,underwent maxillary sinus lift and over62implants.Results:all the patients had no inflammation of maxillary sinus in the follow-up period.The bone mass of the maxillary sinus floor to the alveolar crest was increased obviously,and the integration of the implant was good.Conclusion:closed maxillary sinus augmentation has a significant effect on implant placement in the same period.
