腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的临床疗效进行比较。方法:选取本院2013年2月~2014年2月收治的结肠癌患者110例,按照随机数字表法将110例结肠癌患者随机分为观察组(55例)和对照组(55例),观察组采用腹腔镜手术,对照组采用开腹手术治疗。对两组患者预后情况、并发症及手术情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者术中出血量、进食时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组(p<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率(5.45%)显著低于对照组(30.91%),p<0.05。观察组患者术后躯体功能、心理健康、躯体疼痛、健康状况及社会功能均优于对照,p<0.05。结论:腹腔镜治疗结肠癌疗效确定,患者创伤小,术后预后好,且可有效改善患者术后生活治疗,值得临床推广。Objective:For the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery for colon cancer Methods:Selected from February2013to February2014treated110cases of patients with colon cancer,according to random number table method to110cases of colon cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group(55cases)and control group(55cases)and observation group with laparoscopic surgery,control group adopts open operation cure.On two groups of patients'prognosis,complications and operation condition are compared.Result Observation group of patients with intraoperative blood loss,eating time,ambulation time and hospital stay were significantly less than the control group,p<0.05.The complication rate of observation group of patients(5.45%)was significantly lower than the control group(30.91%),p<0.05.Observation group of patients with postoperative physical function,mental health,body pain,health and social function were better than the control,p<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic treatment of colon cancer,curative effect,slight trauma patients,postoperative prognosis is good,and can effectively improve the treatment of patients with postoperative life,worthy of clinical promotion.
