摘　　要：目的:探讨关节松动术联合超短波治疗仪对颞下颌关节功能紊乱病的疗效。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年12月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院收治的颞下颌关节紊乱病的患者100例,随机分成两组,实验组50例,采取关节松动术联合超短波治疗仪进行治疗,对照组50例,采取传统治疗方法。两组患者经过1个疗程治疗后,进行治疗效果评价。结果:实验组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率70%,两种治疗方法比较实验组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ~2=9.756,P=0.002),差异有统计学意义。结论:关节松动术联合超短波治疗仪对颞下颌关节功能紊乱病的疗效显著,关节松动术操作简单、容易,患者无痛苦,超短波治疗价格便宜。Objective:The joint mobilization combined with ultrashort wave therapy instrument effect on temporomandibular joint function disorder is explored.Methods:From June2015to December2016,100TMD patients from second hospital affiliated to Qiqihar Medical School were randomly divided into two groups.50cases in the experimental group,who were taken joint mobilization combined with ultrashort wave therapy for treatment,while the control group of50cases,were adopt the traditional treatment method.Two groups of patients after treatment for one course,the treatment effect were evaluated.Results:The totaleffective rate was94%in the experimental group,while the control group total effective rate was70%.Comparing the two methods in treating the total effectiverate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(χ2=9.756,P=0.002),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Thereare the significant effect of joint loosening combined with ultrashort wave therapy on temporomandibular joint function disorder.The operation process issimple and convenient,with no pain,no side effect,and the price is low,the majority of medical workers is worth popularizing.
