摘　　要：目的评价应用下颌升支倒L形截骨术结合髂骨移植术矫治成年下颌发育不足畸形的效果。方法 2010年1月—2016年5月11例下颌发育不足患者接受了口内或口外入路的下颌升支倒L形截骨术和髂骨移植术。结果通过下颌升支倒L形截骨术和髂骨移植术使得所有患者的下颌升支高度和宽度得到有效扩展,面型及咬合明显改善,术后未见严重并发症。结论下颌升支倒L形截骨术结合髂骨移植术矫治成年下颌发育不足畸形是安全、有效的,是临床上值得考虑和选择的矫治成年下颌发育不足畸形的合理术式。Objective The present study was designed to evaluate the use of inverted?L osteotomy of ramus combined with iliac bone graft for the treatment of mandibular hypoplasia inadult patients.Methods Intraoral or extraoralinverted?L osteotomy of ramus and iliac crest bone grafting were used for the treatment of mandibular hypoplasia in11adult patients(aged19to29years)from2010to2016.Data were collected from the patients??records,photographs andradiographs.Results The height and width of the mandibular ramus were significantly augmented by inverted?L osteotomy and iliac crest bone grafting with minimal complications in all patients,resulting in remarkable improvements both in facial appearance and occlusion.Conclusions Our preliminary results showed that the inverted?L osteotomy of ramus and iliac crest bone grafting is safe and effective,and should be considered as a good alternative for the patients with mandibular hypoplasia.
