摘　　要：随着社会的发展,企业需求的人才数量越来越大,但是能够完全满足企业对于拥有实践和创新能力的人才并不多,因此高等职业院校的一项重要任务就是培养具有综合能力的人才,既满足企业的需求,也为学生就业提供有力保障。该文以模具专业为例来说明搭建机械科技创新平台以培养学生综合能力的重要性。As the development of society,industries need more and more talented persons.The people with the abilities ofpractice and innovation are very few,so high vocational schools have the responsibility to train the people with all-roundability to meet the industry requirements,and ensure the employment.This article states the importance of establishingmechanical innovation platform and training the students all-round abilities.
