摘 要:轴是搅拌机的重要部件,因其长度较长、质量重、受力复杂,作业时易引起变形。针对此问题,该文首先应用Solid Works软件对双轴搅拌机的虚拟样机进行简化建模,其次利用静力学分析对双传动轴强度及刚度进行了校核,在满足其刚度、强度条件下,对虚拟样机进行了优化分析。通过实例证明利用三维软件对双轴优化分析后,双轴的质量、最大应力均有所减少,不仅增加了搅拌机的使用寿命,而且提高了设计效率,大大缩短了研发时间、节约了成本。Shaft is an important part of a mixer,because of its length is longer,heavy quality,stress is complex,easy causedeformation when working.For this problem,first of all,the biaxial mixer virtual prototype were simply modeled using thisSolidWorks software in this paper;Then,the strength and rigidity of the double drive shaft are checked by static analysis,the virtual prototype is optimized,under the condition of satisfying the stiffness and strength.Through the examples,it isproved that both the mass and the maximum stress of the biaxial shaft were decreasedusing the three-dimensionalsoftwareoptimization analyzed,not only increases the service life of the mixer,but also improves the design efficiency,shortensthe development time and saves the cost.
