微创与开放手术治疗食管癌的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的研究采取微创与开放手术治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法 80例食管癌患者,通过抛硬币的方法分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者选取开放手术方案治疗,试验组患者选取微创手术方案治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组患者手术时间、淋巴结清扫数目、术中失血量、术后拔管时间、住院时间分别为(182.2±22.1)min、(28.5±5.5)枚、(98.5±35.2)ml、(5.1±2.0)d、(12.5±3.5)d,对照组患者手术时间、淋巴结清扫数目、术中失血量、术后拔管时间、住院时间分别为(165.0±42.1)min、(23.5±4.5)枚、(239.8±65.2)ml、(9.5±2.3)d、(22.5±5.5)d,试验组患者手术时间长于对照组,淋巴结清扫数目、术中失血量、术后拔管时间、住院时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者采取微创手术方案治疗,不仅能够明显提高治疗效果,而且具有用时少、失血量少的优点,值得临床应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive and open surgery in thetreatment of esophageal cancer.Methods A total of80esophageal cancer patients were divided by cointhrowing method into experimental group and control group,with40cases in each group.The control group wastreated with open surgery,and the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive open surgery.Clinicalefficacy in two groups was compared.Results The experimental group had operation time,number of lymph nodedissection,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative extubation time and hospital stay time respectively as(182.2±22.1)min,(28.5±5.5)pieces,(98.5±35.2)ml,(5.1±2.0)d and(12.5±3.5)d,which were respectivelyas(165.0±42.1)min,(23.5±4.5)pieces,(239.8±65.2)ml,(9.5±2.3)d and(22.5±5.5)d.The experimentalgroup had longer operation time,and better number of lymph node dissection,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative extubation time and hospital stay time than the control group,and their difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion For esophageal cancer patients,minimally invasive surgical treatment cannot only significantly improve the treatment effect,but also has the advantages of less time consumption and lessbleeding volume.So it is worthy of clinical application.
