浅析有创手术联合降血脂药物治疗眼睑黄色瘤的安全性和有效性

摘　　要：目的探讨有创手术联合降血脂药物治疗眼睑黄色瘤的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2015年3月-2016年3月间收治的60例眼睑黄色瘤患者进行研究,随机将其分成两组,对照组患者30例仅行手术治疗,观察组患者在手术基础上口服血脂康胶囊,平均随访1年观察两组患者的治疗有效率和并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,χ2=4.320,P<0.05;随访期间观察组复发率为6.67%、对照组为16.67%,χ2=1.456,P<0.05;两组均无并发症出现。结论眼睑黄色瘤患者采用手术联合降血脂药物能够提升治疗效率和安全性,降低复发情况,值得推荐使用。Objective Investigate the invasive surgery joint cholesterol-lowering drugs for the treatment of eyelid yellow tumour clinical curative effect.Methods Select the60patients in our hospital during March2015-March2016with eyelid yellow tumor,it is divided into two groups at random,namely the control group of30patients with surgical treatment,only observation group of patients based on the operation of oral:capsules,an average follow-up of1year after the treatment of patients with two groups of efficient and complications.Results The observation group treatment the total effective rate was93.33%,the control group was only73.33%,χ2=4.320,P<0.05;During the follow-up observation group recurrence rate was6.67%,the control group was16.67%,χ2=1.456,P<0.05;In the two groups were without complications.Conclusion Eyelid yellow tumor were treated by surgery joint cholesterol-lowering drugs can improve the efficiency and safety,and reduce the relapse,recommended to use.
