摘　　要：目的观察颊三角滑行瓣修复下唇癌术后唇大部缺损的疗效。方法收集2014年5月至2017年3月我院下唇癌切除后唇大部缺损的患者10例,采用唇颊三角滑行瓣修复切除缺损,观察术后下唇的形态及功能修复情况。结果患者均一期愈合,下唇形态和功能恢复好,患者满意度高。结论唇颊三角滑行瓣是一种较为理想的下唇大部缺损修复方法,保存下唇的运动、感觉功能,提高患者生存质量。Objective To observe the effect of lip and cheek triangular sliding flap in repairing the longer defects after lip cancer resection.Methods There are10cases of the longer defects after lip cancer resection,from May2014to March2017in our hospital,using the triangular sliding flap to repair the defect,observe the shape and function of the lower lip after operation.Results All of the patients healed well,the function and form were restored,the patient had higher satisfaction.Conclusion Lip and cheek triangle sliding flaps is an ideal method for repairing the longer defectsafterlip cancer resection,the shape,function,sensory of the lower lip was recovered.
