前牙美学修复应用氧化锆全瓷冠的效果及优势分析

摘　　要：目的分析前牙美学修复应用氧化锆全瓷冠的效果及优势。方法将2015年2月-2016年1月160例前牙美学修复患者根据数字随机表法分两组各80例。金属组采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠,氧化锆组应用氧化锆全瓷冠。比较两组前牙美学修复满意度;修复后咬合力、咀嚼效率;患者修复体颜色评分、牙龈边缘染色情况、边缘密合程度;前牙修复不良反应发生率。结果氧化锆组前牙美学修复满意度高于金属组,P<0.05;氧化锆组修复后咬合力、咀嚼效率高于金属组,P<0.05;氧化锆组修复体颜色评分、牙龈边缘染色情况、边缘密合程度优于金属组,P<0.05。氧化锆组前牙修复不良反应发生率低于金属组,P<0.05。结论前牙美学修复应用氧化锆全瓷冠的效果确切,可有效提高咬合力、咀嚼效率,且颜色和边缘密合情况良好,患者满意度高,可减少金属冠带来的毒不良反应发生率,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect and advantages of the application of zirconia all-ceramic crown in aesthetic repair of anterior teeth.Methods From January2015to January2016,160patients with anterior teeth repair were divided into two groups according to the number of randomized table.The metal group is made of nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown,and the zirconia group is made of zirconia all-ceramic crown.Comparison of the two groups of anterior teeth aesthetic repair satisfaction;repair bite force,masticatory efficiency;patient restoration color score,gingival edge staining,edge margin;anterior teeth repair the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The aesthetic satisfaction of the anterior teeth of the zirconia group was higher than that of the metal group,P<0.05;the bite force and masticatory efficiency of the zirconia group were higher than that of the metal group,P<0.05;the color score of the zirconia group,The degree of margin was superior to that of metal group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the anterior teeth of the zirconia group was lower than that in the metal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of zirconia allceramic crown in the restoration of anterior teeth is effective,which can improve the bite force,chewing efficiency,and the color and edge are in good condition,and the patient's satisfaction is high,which can reduce the adverse reaction caused by metal crown Rate,high security,worthy of promotion and application.
