咬合调整对牙周炎正畸治疗患者牙周状况的影响

摘　　要：目的分析咬合调整对牙周炎正畸治疗患者牙周状况的影响。方法随机抽取2013年1月-2016年12月接收并行正畸治疗的牙周炎患者中,选择78例展开详细的分组,即A组39例,行咬合调整操作;B组39例,不进行咬合调整,对比两组牙周炎患者治疗后的牙周状况。结果 (1)治疗前两组牙周炎患者的牙周探诊深度、临床附着丧失以及出血指数比较均无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,A组均明显优于B组,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。(2)A组患者治疗后的TM情况明显优于B组,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对牙周炎患者采取正畸治疗的过程中,积极进行咬合调整,能够显著改善患者的口腔指标,同时还能显著降低牙齿松动度,促进患者口腔功能尽快恢复。Objective To analysis the occlusal adjustment effect on periodontal status of patients with periodontitis orthodontic treatment.Methods Randomly selected in January2013-December2016receive orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis,parallel choose78cases of detailed group,is A group of39cases,lines of occlusal adjustment operation;B group of39cases,not for occlusal adjustment,compared two groups of patients with periodontitis periodontal condition after treatment.Results(1)the two groups before treatment of periodontitis in patients with periodontal probing depth,clinical attachment loss and bleeding index is no statistical significance,P>0.05;After treatment,were significantly better than that of group B,group A significant difference compared the two groups,there are statistically significant,P<0.05).(2)A group of patients after treatment of TM is obviously better than that of group B,significant difference comparing the two groups,there are statistically significant,P<0.05).Conclusion To take the process of orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis,occlusal adjustment actively,can significantly improve the patient's mouth,at the same time also can significantly reduce the degree of loose teeth,oral function in patients resumed as soon as possible.
