摘　　要：目的总结全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛考点范围的变化,为竞赛赛题的发展寻求方向。方法总结1~8届竞赛的考点数量及学科分布,并分析每届竞赛考点范围的内涵变化。结果竞赛的考点总数波动在51~133条之间,历经了扩增期与缩减期两个发展阶段,其原因分别与"加强赛题的综合临床能力导向"和"引导竞赛回归三基"有着密切关系。结论竞赛的考点对竞赛的赛题有着重要的引导作用,需要更好地发挥"指挥棒"的作用,正确认识临床医学本科教育的内涵与实质,提高命题的规范性和科学性,引导竞赛健康发展。Objective To summarize the changes of the syllabus of national clinical skills competition in China.Methods The number and discipline distribution of the competition syllabus in eight consecutive years were summarized,and the changes were analyzed.Results The number of the competition syllabus is from51to133.It has gone through the amplification period and then the reduction period with the strong relationship of“competence oriented”and“the guidance to basic knowledge,basic theory and basic skills”.Conclusions The syllabus played an important role in national clinical skills competition.It should be paid more attention.
