摘　　要：黑龙江冰雪体育职业学院及哈尔滨全民健身中心是黑龙江省体育文化事业的重要载体,并力争打造成国内领先的冰雪体育全民健身中心。同时,他们在展现地域、人文特色,满足竞赛训练要求下,与黑龙江省体育事业、体育产业发展结合,满足全民健身需要的设施和场地,成为黑龙江省新的冰雪体育文化全民活动中心。该项目设计充分发挥其优势,做到了资源有机共享和融合。Heilongjiang Ice and Snow Sports Vocational College and Harbin National Fitness Center is an important part of sports education in Heilongjiang Province,which strives to create the leading national ice and snow sports fitness center.In the meantime,it displays the regional characteristics and humanities characteristics,after meeting the requirements of competition training,combining with the development of sports industry in Heilongjiang Province,satisfying the needs of the public fitness facilities and venues,and becomes a new snow and ice sports culture public center in Heilongjiang Province.The design gives full play to the advantages of the project,achieving the organic sharing and integration of resources.
