足浴+足底按摩对腹腔镜直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨足浴联合足底按摩对腹腔镜直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月23日~2017年3月23日在我院接受腹腔镜直肠癌手术的患者40例作为研究对象,知情同意后随机分为对照组和实验组,每组20例,对照组患者术后予以常规护理,实验组患者术后在常规护理基础上辅助足浴+足底按摩,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者的护理总满意度为95%,明显高于对照组患者的护理总满意度65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足浴+足底按摩对腹腔镜直肠癌患者术后促进胃肠功能的恢复效果显著,能够明显缩短肛门排气时间,提高患者护理满意度,值得在护理工作中借鉴使用。Objective To explore the effect of foot bath+foot massage on gastrointestinal function in patientsundergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods40patients underwent laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery inour hospital from January23th,2016to March23th,2017were selected as the study object.After informed consent,theywere randomly divided into control group and experimental group with20cases in each.Patients in control group weretreated with routine nursing,and patients in experimental group were treated with foot bath+foot massage on the basisof routine nursing.Nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The bowel sound recovery time,analexhaust time,first defecation time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was95%,which was higher than thatof the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of the patients was65%(P<0.05).Conclusion The recoveryeffect of foot bath+foot massage on gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgeryis significant.It can obviously shorten the time of anal exhaust,and improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worth usingfor reference in nursing work.
