摘　　要：目的探究趋化因子受体4的表达和血管内皮生长因子与卵巢癌发生的相关性。方法研究应用免疫组化法SABC法对卵巢癌中的CXCR4和VEGF表达进行联合检测,分析两者在卵巢癌转移、侵袭的关系,为早期诊断、治疗卵巢癌提供具有重要参考价值的生物学指标。结果 CXCR4、VEGF在卵巢癌组织中表达水平显著高于良性、正常组织水平(P<0.05);CXCR4、VEGF表达水平可能和腹膜转移、淋巴结转移呈现正相关;CXCR4、VEGF表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR4和VEGF在卵巢癌组织中的阳性率较高,且两者呈正相关,提示CXCR4、VEGF在卵巢癌的发生与转移过程中发挥着重要作用。Objective To explore the correlation of chemokine receptor4expression,vascular endothelial growthfactor and ovarian carcinogenesis.Methods Immunohistochemical method and SABC method were used to detectthe expression of CXCR4and VEGF in ovarian cancer to analyze the relationship between metastasis and invasionof ovarian cancer.It provided an important biological indicator for early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.Results The expression levels of CXCR4and VEGF in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than thosein benign and normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of CXCR4and VEGF might be positively relatedto peritoneal metastasis and lymph node metastasis.The expression levels of CXCR4and VEGF were positivelycorrelated(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of CXCR4and VEGF in ovarian cancer tissues are higher,andboth of them are positively correlated.These findings suggest that CXCR4and VEGF play an important role in thedevelopment and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
