脑胶质瘤术后调强放疗联合替莫唑胺化疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的对脑胶质瘤术后调强放疗联合替莫唑胺化疗的临床效果观察。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月期间收治的患有脑胶质瘤并预约进行手术治疗的患者30例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者各15例。对患者进行详细术前基础的体质检查,在此基础上,给予对照组患者采用术后单纯放疗,而给予观察组患者在采用放疗的基础上,联用替莫唑胺进行化疗治疗。观察两组患者在治疗后的恢复状况。结果观察组(14,93.3%)相对比对照组(11,73.3%)临床总有效率高了20%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将两组患者在治疗过程中出现的不良反应进行比较,可发现观察组的不良反应发生率较低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗联合替莫唑胺化疗的手段,有利于患有脑胶质瘤的患者的术后恢复治疗,且患者在治疗期间出现的不良反应较少,应在临床治疗过程中多加推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined withtemozolomide chemotherapy on postoperative brain glioma.Methods30patients with gliomas and appointmentfor surgery cured in outpatient and inpatient treatment of our hospital from June2015to June2016were selectedand randomly divided into observation group and control group with15cases in each.All the patient underwent adetailed preoperative physical examination,based on this,patients in control group were treated with postoperativeradiotherapy alone,and patients in observation group were treated with chemotherapy with temozolomide on the basisof radiotherapy.The state of recovery after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with thecontrol group(11,73.3%),the clinical total effective rate of the observation group(14,93.3%)was20%higher thanthat of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the adverse reactions ofthe two groups in the course of treatment,it could be found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observationgroup was relatively low,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionRadiotherapy combined with temozolomide chemotherapy is beneficial for postoperative recovery therapy in patientswith glioma.And the patients have less adverse reactions during treatment,and it should be promoted in the clinicaltreatment process.
