探讨整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中的应用。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年3月共50例缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,以随机分配为原则,分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用整体护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者Hb、RBC水平优于对照组患者,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗满意度高于对照组患者,差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中具有良好的效果,能有效改善患者的临床指标,提高患者的治疗依从度,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of holistic nursing in nursing of iron deficiency anemia.MethodsA total of50patients with iron deficiency anemia from January2015to March2017were selected as objects.Thepatients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random assignment,eachof25cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group received holistic nursing onthe basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results The levels of Hb and RBC inthe observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate in the observationgroup was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Holistic nursing has a good effectfor iron deficiency anemia,can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients,and improve the treatment ofpatients with compliance,worthy of clinical application.
