摘　　要：目的探讨分析无痛胃肠镜的临床应用情况,包括经济性、安全性、舒适性以及患者的总体评价等,为临床选择胃肠镜检查方式提供真实依据。方法选择2014年9月~2016年9月在我院随机选取的进行胃肠镜检查的300例患者(其中150例为无痛胃肠镜,150例为常规胃肠镜),均在详细阅读了解调查须知后填写调查问卷,根据填写结果进行统计分析。结果选择常规胃肠镜和选择无痛胃肠镜的患者在职业构成、学历构成、收入水平、检查费用来源、选择胃肠镜方式的原因、检查前心理反应、检查时耐受情况、总体评价、复查选择等方面均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃肠镜对患者造成的痛苦较轻,患者心理压力小,但由于价格高于常规胃肠镜,因此较适宜不愿接受常规胃肠镜检查的患者。Objective To explore the clinical application value of painless gastroscopy,including economicalefficiency,security,comfort and general evaluation of patients to provide the real basis in clinic.Methods300cases with gastroscopy examination(150cases with painless gastroscopy and150of routine gastroscopy)fromSeptember2014to September2016were selected,and the questionnaires were analyzed.Results There was asignificant difference of occupation,education,levels of income,medical costs,the reason for choozing the way ofgastroscopy,psychological reaction before examination,tolerance,comprehensive evaluation and reexamination inpatients with painless gastroscopy and routine gastroscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion The painless gastroscopy haslight pain and low pressure on mentality.But painless gastroscopy costs more than routine gastroscopy,its fit withpatients resists routine gastroscopy.
