结肠癌中CyclinD1蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取结肠癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织及正常胃黏膜组织50例,采用免疫组化SP法检测各组标本中Cyclin D1的表达。灰度值越高,表示Cyclin D1表达越少。结果:Cyclin D1在结肠癌组织、癌旁组织、正常黏膜组织中的表达呈逐渐降低趋势(P均<0.05),Cyclin D1蛋白表达与结肠癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移及组织学类型相关(P均<0.05)。结论:Cyclin D1在结肠癌中过度表达,其表达与结肠癌的临床病理特征紧密相关,这对于结肠癌的早期诊断、治疗及预后判断具有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the expression changes of cyclin-D1protein in the colon cancer tissues and its clinicalsignificance.Methods:50cases of colon cancer tissues,paracancerous tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues were selected,theexpression of cyclin-D1in each group was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The higher the gray value,the less thecyclin-D1expression.Results:The expression of cyclin-D1protein level was gradual downward trend in colon cancer tissues,pericarcinomatous tissue and normal colon mucosa tissue(all P<0.05),the expression of cyclin-D1protein of colon cancer wassignificantly related with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and the degree of differentiation and histological type(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Cyclin-D1may be participated the whole course of carcinogenesis of cyclin-D1cancer,which might be valuable forthe early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
