摘 要:目的调查分析崇明地区患肺癌的危险因素,为预防决策的制定提供依据。方法收集2005—2011年确诊为原发性肺癌的112例崇明男性住院患者,选取年龄相仿健康人群做对照组,筛选肺癌主要危险因素。结果吸烟(OR=5.805,P<0.001)是导致崇明男性肺癌的重要危险因素,而食蔬菜水果≥5次/周(OR=0.488,P<0.05)为保护因素。结论针对崇明男性肺癌危险因素,戒烟、鼓励蔬菜水果摄入,以降低肺癌发生率。Objective To investigate and analyze the risk factors of lung cancer in Chongming area,and to provide evidences for preventive decision making.Methods Male patients diagnosed with primary lung cancer(n=112)and a control group of similar age trauma patients(n=112)from2005to2011were surveyed about possible risk and protective factors.Results Tobacco(OR=5.805,P<0.001)was discovered as the main risk factors of lung cancer,while often taking fresh vegetables and fruits more than5times a week was found to be a protective factor(OR=0.488,P<0.05).Conclusion According to the risk factors of male lung cancer,it is imperative to take more vegetables,fruits and give up smoking in Chongming area.
