摘　　要：肱骨外上髁炎是肘关节常见的一种慢性劳损伤性病变,临床表现为肱骨外上髁附近出现方向性疼痛或酸痛,前臂向前旋转时明显受限,且疼痛加剧。封闭疗法多易复发,复发后多缠绵难愈。笔者采用针刀疗法结合隔姜灸治疗肱骨外髁炎52例,收到了明显的治疗效果。Outer epicondylitis of the humerus is a kind of chronic fatigue injury lesion.The clinical manifestation is the directionalpain or soreness near the lateral epicondyle of the humerus.The forearm is obviously restricted and the pain is aggravated.Closed therapymore easily relapse,relapse after more lingering refractory.The author adopted acu-knife therapy combined with ginger moxibustiontreatment of humeral external condylaritis in52cases,received a significant therapeutic effect.
