针灸联合康复理疗治疗脑出血临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合康复理疗对脑出血的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2016年1-6月收治的86例脑出血患者,将其随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各43例患者,两组患者均采用相同的药物止血治疗,联合组采用康复理疗联合针灸进行治疗,对照组采用单纯康复理疗进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:联合组治疗有效率为97.67%,对照组治疗有效率为88.37%;联合组治疗前的Barthel量表评分为(35.68±5.62)分,治疗后Barthel量表评分为(83.45±6.95)分,对照组治疗前的Barthel量表评分为(35.62±5.37)分,治疗后Barthel量表评分为(67.53±5.33)分,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血采用康复理疗联合针灸治疗效果更高,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore clinical effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:86cases from January2016to June2016were randomly divided into two groups:the combined group and the control group.Eachgroup of43patients were treated with the same drug hemostasis.The combined group was treated with rehabilitation therapy combinedwith acupuncture.The control group was treated with simple rehabilitation therapy.Results:The efficiency was97.67%in the combinedgroup and88.37%in the control group.The score of the Barthel scale in the combined group before the treatment was(35.68±5.62),and(83.45±6.95)after the treatment.The score of Barthel before the treatment in the control group was(35.62±5.37),and(67.53±5.33)after the treatment;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating cerebral hemorrhage by rehabilitation therapycombined with acupuncture showed higher clinical effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
