摘  要:根据实际工作条件与被加工件的特征要求,完成了对自走式枝丫材剥皮机的整体设计,并对去皮机构进行了结构设计和三维建模。为了保证切削时去皮机构的主轴运转可靠,采用Ansys对其进行了静力学分析和模态分析。通过静力学分析得到主轴的应力与变形云图,实现了对去皮刀辊轴强度和刚度的检验,结果显示应力与变形量均满足许用条件;通过模态分析得出主轴的六阶固有频率与振型,振动稳定性检验表明不会产生共振现象。According to the actual working conditions and the requirements of the features of the workpiece to be processed,the design of the whole self-propelled branch debarker is completed,with the structural design and three-dimensional modeling of the peeling mechanism conducted.In order to ensure reliable operation of the spindle of the peeling mechanism during cutting,Ansys is used to conduct static analysis and modal analysis of it,with the stress and deformation nephogram of the spindle obtained through static analysis,the peeling cutter roller shaft strength and rigidity test performed,with the result showing that the stress and deformation amount meet the allowable conditions;the six-order natural frequency and vibration mode of the spindle obtained through the modal analysis,with the vibration stability test indicating no occurrence of resonance phenomenon.
