探究分析心理契约在高校学生管理中的应用

摘　　要：心理契约是提升高校学生管理有效性的重要方式，同时也是联结高校和大学生心理，提升大学生对高校认同感和归属感的心灵纽带，从这一层面看，建立有效的心理契约，在开展高校学生管理工作时十分重要。针对心理契约在高校学生管理工作当中高的具体应用问题，从心理契约的基本内涵入手，分析现阶段影响高校学生建立心理契约的主要因素，在阐述高校学生管理过程中，心理契约的实际建立阶段的基础上展开应用讨论。The psychological contract is an important way to improve university students’management effectiveness,but also link in university and college students’mental and improve college students’spiritual ties to identity and sense of belonging in the university,from this perspective,the establishment of effective psychological contract,in college students management work is very important.In view of the psychological contract in the universities student management work of the practical application of high,from the basic connotation of psychological contract,analyzed the present stage the main factors affecting the psychological contract of the students of colleges and universities,in the process of college students management,psychological contract on the basis of the actual establishment phase of an application.
