摘　　要：目的为了更好地修复唇裂术后继发鼻畸形,尝试探索新的手术方法。方法对经典的Tajima切口进行改良,设计新的手术切口。结果新的切口较原切口可以获得更好的,持久的术后效果。结论改良Tajima切口是一种切实可行的手术方法,它的应用将给临床工作提供更多的选择。Objective To explore a new s u lc a l method for correcting postoperative secondary nasolabial deformity after cleft lip repair in order achieve a better postoperative effect.Methods The classical Tajima incision was modified.Results The study found that the new incision method was more effective than the original incision method,and that the postoperative effect was more enduring.Conclusion The modified Tajima incision is a feasible surgical method,which can offer more clinical options.
