相干光断层成像在体检人群眼黄斑区病变早期筛查的应用

摘　　要：目的在健康体检人群中开展相干光断层成像(OCT)黄斑病变检查,逐步建立黄斑病变早期筛查的健康管理模式。方法运用OCT对782例体检者黄斑区六线扫描,结合眼底镜检查,做出临床诊断,对其中40例阳性者可能病因分析,找到相关联致病因素。结果 OCT阳性与性别、婚姻、血糖、血脂、体质量指数(BMI)无关,与高血压、年龄有显著相关性(P<0.05)。年龄分组后,结果表明:年龄越大,危险性越大(P<0.01)。结论 OCT为体检人群眼黄斑区病变早期筛查提供依据,值得推广应用。Objective To establish health management model of early screening of maculopathy,through applying optical coherence tomography(OCT)to diagnose maculopathy among health examination group.Methods782cases were clinical diagnosed with six lines scanning in macular by OCT,combined with fundus examination.40positive cases were etiology analyzed to find out associated factors.Results The result demonstrated that there were statistically significant between positive cases and age,hypertention(P<0.05),while no significant association between positive cases and sexuality,matrimony,blood sugar,hematic,BMI.Conclusion OCT supplied the reliable basis for early screening of maculopathy among health examination group and it deserves popularization.
