摘　　要：目的总结21例下颌骨造釉细胞瘤切除并腓骨肌皮瓣游离移植下颌骨重建术的护理体会。方法选取2013年10月—2015年9月收治的21例下颌骨造釉细胞瘤患者,术前以心理疏导为主,完善术前各项准备;术后以伤口观察、肌皮瓣成活度及口腔护理为重点,严密观察移植肌皮瓣温度、色泽、质地及毛细血管充盈反应,及负压引流状况,积极采取有效的口腔护理,重视患者主诉。结果 21例患者均康复出院。结论精心的整体护理同时针对不同病例制定个性化护理方案,对此类手术治疗效果和患者围术期安全具有积极意义。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of21cases of patients with man-dibular ameloblastoma resection and reconstruction of mandibular reconstruction with fibular osteo-cutaneous freeflap.MethodsTo retrospectivelyanalyzedtheclinicaldataof21patientswithmandibular ameloblastoma.The psychological counseling as the principal intervention was carried out beforethesurgery.Thepostoperati-venursingmeasuresmainlyfocusedon thewoundcondi-tion,muscleflapviabilityand oral cae.Thetemperature,color,textureandcapillaryfillingofmuscle flapwere observed.ResultsAllthepatients weredischargedwithoutanyseverercom-plications after surgery.ConclusionThe holistic care management and individual nursing planshould be combined together to ensure the treatment efficacy and safety in patients with mandibular am/loblastoma.
