摘　　要：针对汽车焊装夹具设计时所用大部分零件具有结构相似、尺寸变化的特点,提出了一种基于AutoCAD平台的参数化汽车焊装夹具零件二维图库的开发方法。介绍了AutoCAD的.NET二次开发方法和程序驱动参数化零件图的实现方法,论述了在Microsoft Visual Studio环境中汽车焊装夹具零件二维图库的程序开发方法。应用表明所开发的汽车焊装夹具零件二维图库具有结构合理、使用方便的特点,能实现常用零件二维图的自动生成和集中管理,能有效提高设计效率,为开发其它基于AutoCAD平台的零件二维图库提供了解决思路。Aimming at the feature that most of the automobile welding assembling jig parts have the same strutures and different size,a method of developing parametric automobile welding assembling jig part drawing library based on AutoCAD is proposed.AutoCAD's.NET secondary development and the realization of program-driving parametric drawing were introduced.It demonstrated the method to develop the automobile welding assembling jig part drawing library in Microsoft Visual Studio.With convenience and good structure,the part drawing library can generate part drawing automatically and manage them,and is heplful to increase the efficiency of automobile welding assembling jig design,and finds a solution for developing other part drawing libraries based on AutoCAD.
