摘 要:摆杆活齿减速器是一种新开发的活齿减速器,它具有活齿传动的许多优点。为了改善摆杆活齿减速器的传动性能,研究摆杆活齿减速器的传动效率试验有着非常重要的意义。根据摆杆活齿减速器传动效率测试的原理,研究了测试摆杆活齿减速器的传动效率的试验,并利用联合仿真原理对效率试验进行联合仿真,利用Pro/E建立摆杆活齿减速器的三维实体模型,并用Adams建立减速器的动力学模型,用Matlab/Simulink建立控制系统模型。将三个软件相结合,在计算机环境中进行摆杆活齿减速器传动效率测量试验,得到了实验结果,验证了动态测试系统的可行性。Swinging rod movable tooth reducer is a new development of movable tooth gear reducer,it has many advantages of movable teeth transmission.In order to improve the transmission performance of swinging rod movable tooth reducer,it has very important significance to study transmission efficiency of swinging rod movable tooth gear reducer design test.In this paper,it studied the test swinging rod movable tooth reducer transmission efficiency based on swinging rod movable tooth reducer transmission efficiency test principle.And it used the principle of joint simulation efficiency test for jointing simulation.It established swinging rod movable tooth reducer,s model in Pro/E,established dynamic model of gear reducer in Adams and establishedcontrol system model in Matlab/Simulink.Combining three software,the transmission efficiency measurement experiment of swinging rod movable tooth reducer was carried out in a computer environment.The experimental results were obtained and the feasibility of the dynamic test system is verified.
