摘　　要：目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的改善效果。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者110例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子能显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损状况,提高疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with neurological impairment.Methods:110patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group added mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,and the NIHSS score after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mouse nerve growth factor can significantly improve the neurological impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and improve the curative effect.
