胃间质瘤的螺旋CT表现和手术病理对照分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃间质瘤的螺旋CT表现和手术病理结果。方法:收治胃间质瘤患者50例,采用螺旋CT检查,并与手术病理结果对照。结果:(1)CT:所有肿瘤均为单发,良性34例,低度恶性10例,恶性6例。(2)病理组化分析:肿瘤大多为梭形细胞或上皮样细胞型;CD117有86%的阳性检出率(43/50),CD34有68%的阳性检出率(34/50),SMA有46%阳性检出率(23/50),而Vimentin有94%的阳性检出率(47/50)。结论:螺旋CT能够清晰显示病灶的位置、大小、形态与内部结构,与手术病理结果对照有很高的准确性,临床可将其用于胃间质瘤的诊断。Objective:To investigate the spiral CT findings and pathological findings of gastric stromal tumors.Methods:50patients with gastric stromal tumors were selected.They were given spiral CT scan and compared with surgical pathology.Results:①CT:All the tumors were solitary,34cases were benign,10cases were low-grade malignancy,6cases were malignant.②Pathological histochemical analysis:the tumors were mostly spindle cells or epithelioid cells.The positive rate of CD117was86%(43/50);the positive rate of CD34was68%(34/50);the positive rate of SMA was46%(23/50);the positive rate of Vimentin was94%(47/50).Conclusion:Spiral CT can clearly display the location,size,shape and internal structure of the lesion.Compared with the results of operation and pathology,it was of high accuracy and can be used for the diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors.
