新型职业农民成长影响因素及保障机制研究

摘　　要：分析了新型职业农民成长影响因素及其影响指数值。结果表明,新型职业农民成长主要影响因素共有30项,涉及到资源、经济、社会及农民自身素质4个维度。农业自然资源现状、政府支持农业情况等15项因素为原因因素,其他15项因素为结果因素。就地培养更多爱农业、懂技术、善经营的新型职业农民,需要构建资源技术整合机制、经济产业支撑机制、社会环境优化机制和农民素质提升机制。The influence factors and its index value of the growth of new professional farmers were investigated and analyzed.The results show that there are mainly30influence factors in the growth of new professional farmers,including resources,economy,society and the quality of farmers themselves in4dimensions.Fifteen factors are the cause factors,such as current situation of agricultural natural resources,government support for agriculture.The others are result factors.To cultivate more new professional farmers who are engaged in agriculture,grasp farming technologies and management skills,mechanism of resources and technology integration,support mechanism for economic industry,the mechanism of optimizing social environment and improving the quality of farmers should be set up.
