摘　　要：当前城市治理因传统文化的边缘化而遭遇诸多困境,应以优秀传统文化提升市民的文明素养,积极营造健康向上的社会道德体系;以民为本,以优秀传统文化激励市民积极参与到城市建设和管理之中;遵循城市自然生态的发展规律,营造绿色、低碳、循环的生存环境;联系实际,凸显城市的地方特色,注重文化和经济的协同发展。In order to deal with the difficulties the current urban governance encountered because of the marginalization of traditional culture,we should enhance people with excellent traditional culture of civilization accomplishment to actively create a healthy social moral system;encourage citizens to participate in the construction and management of the city with the good traditional culture;follow the development rules of urban natural ecology to create a green,low-carbon and circular living environment;and concentrate on cultural and economic development to promote the city's local characteristics basing on the its conditions.
