评分标准视角下跆拳道品势训练要点研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、归纳总结法,分析跆拳道品势评分标准。从中归纳总结出品势训练的核心,即贯穿始终的礼仪、不差毫厘的准确度、炉火纯青的熟练度、刚柔并蓄的速度与力量、稳如泰山、动如波涛的表现力。建议在生活与训练中提高运动员的道德水平和礼仪规范;在动作的准确度、熟练度、速度与力量和表现力的训练方面,"吃透"评分标准,有针对性地强化正确动作;在评分标准允许的范围内,运动员多看、多学、多练,形成自身独特的品势演练风格。By means of literature,logic analysis and induction,the criteria of taekwondo are analyzed,and the core of taekwondo Poomsae is summed up,that is,etiquette being throughout,the great accuracy and the great degree of proficiency,The speed and power of being firm and flexible,great performance.The study suggests to improve the standards of ethics and etiquette of athletes in life and training;In terms of accuracy,proficiency,speed,strength and expressiveness training,fully understanding the grading criteria can get target-oriented reinforce and the correct action.In the range of the grading criteria,athletes do more watch,learning and practice,to form their own unique style of practice and performance.
