依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷用于急性脑梗死治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的利用临床病例对急性脑梗死患者采用依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷治疗后的临床治疗效果进行探究。方法选取本院84例急性脑梗死患者,随机平均分成两组,各42例。其中对照组在急性脑梗死基础常规治疗的基础上增加氯吡格雷进行治疗,而实验组在常规治疗基础上增加依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷进行治疗,随后观察两组患者的治疗效果,并进行对日常生活能力、神经功能、不良反应以及随访1年后的治疗效果进行了观察和对比。结果结果显示,实验组患者治愈率(95.24%)显著高于对照组患者的治愈率(78.57%)(P<0.05);治疗后实验组患者的NIHSS和Barthel Index评分均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后两组均未见不良反应的发生,且在一年后随访发现,实验组患者的复发率(4.76%)显著低于对照组患者的复发率(9.52%)(P<0.05)。结论在治疗急性脑梗死患者时,采用依达拉奉联合氯吡格雷进行治疗,可有效减轻患者的神经症状,提升患者的日常生活能力以及降低复发率,可得到显著的临床效果,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with clopidogrel in patients withacute cerebral infarction by using clinical cases.Methods84patients with acute cerebral infarction were selectedand randomly divided into two groups with42cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with clopidogrelon the basis of routine treatment of acute cerebral infarction,while patients in experimental group were treated withedaravone combined with clopidogrel on the basis of conventional therapy.Followed by observation of the therapeuticeffect of the two groups.The effect of daily life,neurological function,adverse reaction and follow-up treatment after1year were observed and compared.Results The cure rate(95.24%)in the experimental group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group(78.57%)(P<0.05).The NIHSS and Barthel Index scores of the experimentalgroup were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the twogroups after treatment.They were followed up a year later,and it was found that the recurrence rate of the experimentalgroup(4.76%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.52%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment ofacute cerebral infarction patients,the use of edaravone combined with clopidogrel for treatment can effectively reducethe patient's neurological symptoms,and enhance the ability of patients with daily life and reduce the recurrence rate.It is a significant clinical effect,and it is worth Clinically widely promoted.
