摘 要:基于电力机车4象限整流器空载工况下输入电流特性,介绍了空载工况工作时IGBT短时导通与续流二极管短时导通机理,对二极管反向恢复过程中产生的尖峰电压进行了分析,并对续流二极管瞬态导通反向恢复尖峰电压公式进行了推导,指出这种尖峰电压会引起电力机车4象限整流器空载工况下功率器件损坏,结合实际试验与仿真波形验证了推理分析的正确性。最后给出了减少电力机车4象限整流器空载运行的3种应对方法。Based on the current characteristics of four-quadrant converter for AC electric locomotive on no-load condition,the mechanism of short pulse operation for IGBT and freewheeling diode was introduced,and the peak voltage that generated during the reverse recovery process of the diode was analyzed,the formulas of the peak voltage that generated during the reverse recovery process of the diode was derived,the peak voltage which may cause the failure of the power devices was pointed,and the analysis was validated by the experimental result and simulation result.Three solutions to reduce no?load condition of AC electric locomotive were presented at last.
