摘 要:本文对精品开放课程从2003年启动到现在三个阶段的发展历程及特点进行了总结和回顾,认为当前精品开放课程处于应用深化和机制完善阶段,主要应在保证课程资源质量的基础上,完善汇聚优质课程资源的共建共享平台,探索课程建设者和平台提供者分化的机制,加强教师的信息化技术应用能力培训,推动翻转课堂和开放课程资源的深度融合,实行校际学分互认制度,以此深化精品开放课程的应用程度,保障精品开放课程的可持续发展。This paper summarized and reviewed the three phases as well as the characteristics oftop-quality open course from its starting date in2003till the present time.At present,the top-qualityopen course is at the phase of deepening application and perfecting mechanism.Therefore,on the basisof guaranteeing the quality of course resources,we should perfect the co-constructing and co-sharingplatform regarding high-quality course resources.Then,we should explore the polarization mechanismbetween course constructors and platform providers.Next,we should strengthen the training of theapplication ability of information technology for teachers so as to boost the deep integration of theflipped classroom and the open course resources.Finally,we should establish the system of mutuallyrecognizing credits among universities.By doing so,the extent of the application of top-quality opencourse can be deepened and the sustainable development of the top-quality open course can besafeguarded.
