摘 要:研讨式教学是以学生为主体的教学体系,将研究和讨论贯穿于整个教学过程。本项目选取了2015级医学检验技术专业的143名学生随机分两组,实验组采用研讨式教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,比较两组的教学效果。通过研讨式教学在医学实验中的探索和研究,结果显示实验组的考试成绩、实验技能、分析能力和创新能力等均明显高于对照组。这表明研讨式教学法取得了良好的教学效果,培养了医学生的临床思维,提高了实验技能和综合分析能力,值得进一步的推广和应用。Discussion-based teaching is a student-centered teaching system,making research and discussion go throughout the entire teaching process.Selecting143students of Grade2015from the major of medical testing technology and randomly dividing them into two groups,this paper uses discussion-based teaching method for the experimental group and the traditional teaching method for the control group,and then compares the effects of the two groups.Through the exploration and research of discussion-based teaching in medical experiment teaching,the results show that the experimental group's test scores,experimental skills,analytical ability and innovation ability are significantly higher than those of the control group.It shows that discussion-based teaching method has achieved good teaching effect,cultivated the clinical thinking of medical students,and improvesd the experimental skills and comprehensive analysis ability,so it deserves further promotion and application.
