摘　　要：给人一种影响到未来生活,使其生命意义得以升华的大学教育,是现代大学的理想和追求。新生代辅导员为此要转变育人理念,开展适应和贴近大学生生活的感性教育。新时期的辅导员要坚定"为生"、"为人"、"为事"、"为学"育人原则,在精神引领的大学教育过程中促使学生个人价值的生成。Giving people a kind of influence that sublimates the significance of their life is the ideal and pursuit of contemporary university education.The new generation counselors should change their idea of educating people and carry out emotional education that adapts to university students'life.In the new period,counselors should strengthen their principle of educating people,so as to promote the formation of students'individual value through the spiritual guidance of university education.
