高校学生就业压力源及应对方式与人群结构关系的研究

摘　　要：高校学生就业压力的影响因素分为自身、家庭和社会三方面。此次研究通过问卷调查和分析数据相结合,采用统计学中的方差比较、差异性比较等方法研究高校学生主要地就业压力源以及应对压力的方式,最终得出结论:(1)年级、性别、专业、生源地不同使高校学生压力有所差别,理科专业高校学生的就业压力低于文科专业高校学生,男生就业压力低于女生就业压力,城镇学生压力低于乡村学生压力,低年级高校学生就业压力低于高年级高校学生就业压力。(2)高校学生的对就业压力的适应性在性别、年级、专业、生源地方面存在不同。女生对就业压力的适应性差于男生,理科生对压力的适应性优于文科生,乡村高校学生对压力的适应性优于城镇高校学生。并从自身、家庭和社会三方面提出了应对建议。The influencing factors of college students'employment pressure are divided into personal factors,family factors and social factors.Through the combination of questionnaire and data analysis,using the methods of variance comparison and difference comparison in statistics,this paper researches the main source of college students'employment pressure and its coping style.Finally,the conclusion is as follows:First,the difference in grade,gender,major and hometown leads to the difference in pressure;college students of science have lower employment pressure than college students of liberal arts;male students'employment pressure is lower than that of female students;urban students'pressure is lower than that of rural students;students of lower grades have lower employment pressure than students of higher grades.Second,in terms of different genders,grades,majors and hometowns,college students'adaptation to employment pressure is different;female students'adaption is worse than that of male students;the adaptation of students of science is better than that of students of liberal arts;rural students'adaptation is better than that of urban students.Finally,this paper puts forward the coping suggestions from personal,family and social aspects.
