人格变量和人口学变量与拖延行为关系的比较

摘　　要：本文用问卷法对大学生在学习、生活等日常活动中的拖延行为进行调查,并主要分析比较了人格因素和主要的人口学因素与拖延行为的关系。在河南某高校的四个年级中各随机抽取40人,共160人。用Ait ken的拖延行为问卷和大五人格量表对其施测。结果分析表明:(1)拖延行为在性别,专业、年级、家庭所在地、是否独生这几个主要的人口统计学变量上差异不显著(p<0.05),拖延行为与性别、专业、年级、家庭所在地、是否独生这几个主要的人口学变量的相关也不显著(p<0.05);(2)神经质和开放性与拖延行为呈显著正相关(p>0.05),顺同性和严谨性与拖延行为呈负相关但不显著;回归分析结果表明神经质和开放性与拖延行为存在显著地多重线性关系。自变量解释了整个因变量变异程度的13%(Radj 2=0.13)。建立回归方程为y=0.319X1+0.203X2-1.522。其中X1代表神经质,X2代表开放性。这表明神经质和开放性都对拖延行为有直接的影响,神经质和开放性这两种人格类型对拖延行为有预测作用。This paper used the questionnaire method to investigate the procrastination behavior of college students in daily activities of study and life,and mainly analyzed and compared the relationship between personality factors and procrastination behavior and that between major demographic factors and procrastination behavior.160students were randomly selected from four grades on average of a college of He'nan.They were investigated with Aitken's Procrastination Behavior Questionnaire and the Big Five Personality Scale.The results showed that:①The difference in procrastination behavior is not significant(p<0.05)in terms of the main demographic variables including gender,major,grade,family location and whether to be the only child,and the correlation between procrastination behavior and the above demographic variables is also insignificant(p<0.05);②There is a significant positive correlation between neuroticism and openness and procrastination behavior(p>0.05),and homogeneity and rigidity and procrastination behavior are positively correlated,but it is not significant;regression analysis showed that there is a significant linear relationship between neuroticism and openness and procrastination behavior.Independent variables explain13%of the degree of variation of the total dependent variable(Radj2=0.13).The regression equation was established as y=0.319X1+0.203X2-1.522.X1stands for neuroticism and X2represents openness.This suggests that both neuroticism and openness have a direct effect on procrastination behavior,and neuroticismand openness have predictive effects on procrastination behavior.
