加强课程体系建设提高电气工程研究生的创新能力

摘　　要：电气工程研究生课程体系的质量对研究生创新能力的培养起着关键性的作用,该文简要分析了目前电气工程研究生创新能力教育必要性,对加强课程体系建设提高电气工程研究生的创新能力提出了相应的改进对策,通过开设交流性、设计性、实践性等创新性课程,个人与团队能力的培养等方法提高电气工程研究生的创新能力。简要列举了在新的创新能力教育课程体系下研究生教育所取得的一定成果。The quality of electrical engineering graduate students curriculum system plays a key role in innovation ability training of graduate students.This paper briefly analyzed the necessity of the present electrical engineering graduate students innovation ability education,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the construction of curriculum system to improve the electrical engineering graduate students’innovation ability.To improve the electrical engineering graduate students’innovation ability,some innovation courses such as open communication,design,practice and individual and team skills training were offered.Some achievements under the new innovation curriculum system of graduate education were briefly enumerated.
